Capacities assume round tables with a buffet line; theatre-style seating fits more. Sidewalls available for weather protection. Driveways, side-yards and concrete setups also available using weighted ballasts — ask.

Questions

Before you call

How far ahead should I book?

May–September weekends fill 4–8 weeks out. Corporate and off-season dates can often be covered with 1–2 weeks' notice. Last minute? Call anyway — we'll tell you straight whether we can do it.

Is delivery and setup really included?

Yes. Every quote includes delivery, installation and takedown anywhere in the GTA. No fuel surcharges or "labour extra" lines added afterwards.

What happens if it rains or turns cold?

Sidewalls keep rain and wind out; patio heaters handle spring and fall evenings. Tell us your date and we plan for the forecast — that's the point of a tent.

Can the tent go up a day or two early?

Yes. For multi-day wedding events we typically install a day before your first function so your family can decorate, and take down after your last one.

Do you rent tables, chairs and lighting too?

Yes. Tables, chairs and string lighting come on the same truck as the tent, on the same invoice — and we can help with decor. Send your guest count and we'll spec the whole setup.

Do you set up on driveways or concrete?

Yes. We use weighted ballasts where staking isn't possible — driveways, parking lots and patios are all workable. Mention the surface when you ask for a quote.
